Red and white miso, rich clam and pork paitan broth, topped with clams, diced pork belly, sauteed garlic and onion and ajitama.

Noodle: Flour, Salt 
Clam, Braised Pork Belly, Pork Fat, Scallion, Garlic, Onion, Butter, Egg 

How to Store Food

• Kit ships cold with ice packs 
  
• May thaw in transit 
• Upon arrival, remove packaging and place immediately in the fridge if not preparing right away. 
• May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days for vegetables and chashu and 1 week for noodles
