Pork Ramen Kit

Our Pork Ramen is made with a chicken and pork base stock and prepared with assorted toppings such as bamboo shoots, scallions, wood ear mushrooms, fish cake, chashu (pork belly), and nori (seaweed).

Our Pork Ramen is made with a chicken and pork base stock and prepared with assorted toppings such as bamboo shoots, scallions, wood ear mushrooms, fish cake, chashu (pork belly), and nori (seaweed).

Instructions

1. Defrost the soup/Chashu in hot water or open the soup bag and pour into the bowl then microwave 2 mins.       
   
2. Boil a new set of water in the pot. After it’s boiled, put the noodle inside for approximately 3 minutes. Frozen noodle request 4minutes.  
   
3. Take out the noodles and put it inside the strainer bowl, try to drain as well as possible.
   
4. Open the defrosted soup bag from the hot water and pour it into your ramen bowl.
   
5. Take out the noodles from the strainer and pour it into the ramen bowl along with the chashu, scallion and other vegetable sides 
   
6. Enjoy
