Ryujin Spicy Miso Ramen Kit

Why not add some spiciness to a classic bowl of ramen? And with the umami flavors of traditional miso paste and noodles shipped straight from Sapporo, you know this is a special meal. Topped with the classic greens and veggies, this is a nice way to spice up your day!

Ingredients

Roast pork loin, bean sprout, onion, garlic paste, bamboo shoots, scallion, seaweed

Instructions

1. Defrost/cook soup/chashu/lobster bag in a pot of boiling water.
   
2. In a separate pot, cook the noodles for 1:30 in plenty of boiling water.
   
3. Strain noodles.
   
4. In a pan, fry onions/nappa until tender. (You can boil them also)
   
5. Once onions are tender, add bean sprouts for 10-15 seconds.
   
6. Pour the contents of the soup bag into your ramen bowl.
   
7. Add noodles to the bowl and stir.
   
8. Top with onions, bean sprouts, and any additional toppings
   
9. Enjoy!

How to Store Food

• Kit ships frozen with ice packs
  
• May thaw in transit
  
• Upon arrival, remove packaging and place immediately in the fridge ( or Freezer)
  
• May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days for vegetables and chashu and 1 week for noodle
  
• May be frozen immediately upon arrival for up to 1 month
