Soup: Pork, Chicken, Kombu, Katsuobushi, Arabushi, Niboshi, Shiitake, Ginger, Garlic, Black Garlic, Salt, Shoyu, Sesame paste, Tobanjian 
Noodles: Flour, Salt 
Scallion, pickled mustard greens, Onion, Garlic, Black Garlic, Ground Pork, Chili Oil, Egg

How to Store Food

• Kit ships cold with ice packs 
  
• May thaw in transit 
  
• Upon arrival, remove packaging and place immediately in the fridge if not preparing right away. 
• May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days for vegetables and chashu and 1 week for noodles
