Unadon Kit

Eel seared with sake, serve with rice and seaweed salad, and pickled.

Ingredients

Rice, eel, Unagi Sauce, Seaweed Salad, Green Tea Cucumber, Sesame Seeds, Katsuo Mirin ( prepared shaved bonito, sesame seed, salt, Wheat flour, seaweed, corn sugar & starch)

Instructions

1. Open the rice bag and put into a big bowl. Microwave approximately 2.5mins 
2. Open the Protein bag and put into a plate. Microwave approximately 2mins. 
3. Add the dressing and Katsuo Mirin ( prepared shaved bonito, sesame seed, salt, Wheat flour, seaweed, corn sugar & starch) in top of the rice.                               
4. Put the protein on top of rice along with the side dishes.                                     
5. Enjoy
