Indulge in the iconic flavors of Sapporo with our Sapporo Miso Ramen, a culinary delight crafted by Ramen Kings and inspired by the bustling streets of Hokkaido. Our decadent soy sauce-infused broth is elevated with the traditional Hokkaido miso sauce, creating a symphony of flavors that dance on your palate. With the warmth of ginger and the richness of fried garlic, every slurp of tender noodles is a journey to ramen perfection, accompanied by plant-based minced meat, crisp bean sprouts, and vibrant scallions.
Ingredients:
- Bean Sprouts: 70g
- Scallions: 15g
- Ground Ginger: 5g
- Fried Garlic: 2g
- Noodles: 148g
- Soup: 450ml
Instructions:

Heat Soup and Bean Sprouts: Place the sealed soup pouch and bean sprouts in boiling water for 6 minutes or until heated thoroughly.

Boil Noodles: While waiting, boil a separate pot of water for the noodles. Boil and stir the noodles gently for approximately 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Then, remove and strain.

Prepare Soup: Once heated thoroughly, remove the soup pouch using tongs and carefully cut it open. Pour it into your favorite ramen bowl.

Assemble Ramen: Add noodles, bean sprouts, scallions, ginger, and fried garlic to the bowl.
