Ramen Kings' Shibikara Sapporo Miso Tsukemen

Location: Queens, NY

Indulge in Ramen Kings' exclusive Vegetarian Ramen, crafted in collaboration with Champions of JAPANFes Ramen Contest, one of the biggest Ramen Contests in the US. Rooted in our commitment to serving the finest ramen while championing environmental sustainability, our Shibikara Sapporo Miso Tsukemen offers a unique dining experience. Dive into a bowl of spicy and pleasantly numbing miso-infused broth, Sapporo-style, and immerse yourself in the intense flavors. Served with plant-based minced meat, garnished with scallions, menma bamboo shoots, and nori seaweed, this Shibikara tsukemen ramen stands as one of our chef’s specialties.

  • Bean Sprouts: 70g
  • Scallions: 15g
  • Menma (Bamboo Shoots): 50g
  • Seaweed: 2 pcs
  • Noodles: 148g
  • Soup: 450ml
  • Sichuan Pepper: 5g
  • Chili Oil (Ra-yu): 20ml
  • Fried Garlic: 2g

  1. Heat Soup and Bean Sprouts: Place the sealed soup pouch and bean sprouts in boiling water for 6 minutes or until heated thoroughly.

  2. Boil Noodles: While waiting, boil a separate pot of water for the noodles. Boil and stir the noodles gently for approximately 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Then, remove and strain.

  3. Prepare Soup: Once heated thoroughly, remove the soup pouch using tongs. Be cautious as it will be very hot. Using scissors, cut the pouch and pour it into your preferred ramen bowl.

  4. Serve Noodles and Soup Separately: Then add noodles, bean sprouts, scallions, menma, ginger, fried garlic, sichuan pepper, and chili oil to the bowl.

  5. Enjoy! 🍜
