Location: Queens, NY

Experience the essence of Tokyo's dim-lit alleyways with our steamy bowl of traditional Shoyu ramen. Crafted with an umami-rich soy sauce broth sweetened with tare soy sauce, this bowl is a timeless favorite. Topped with crusty shrimp tempura, kikurage mushrooms, bamboo shoots, bright scallions, and naruto fish cakes, every slurp is a journey to culinary delight.

  • Shrimp Tempura: 2 pcs
  • Menma (Bamboo Shoots): 50g

  • Scallions: 15g
  • Naruto: 2 pcs
  • Noodles: 148g
