Ramen Kings' Traditional Shoyu Ramen

Location: Queens, NY

Experience the essence of Tokyo's dim-lit alleyways with our steamy bowl of traditional Shoyu ramen. Crafted with an umami-rich soy sauce broth sweetened with tare soy sauce, this bowl is a timeless favorite. Topped with crusty shrimp tempura, kikurage mushrooms, bamboo shoots, bright scallions, and naruto fish cakes, every slurp is a journey to culinary delight.

Ingredients:

  • Shrimp Tempura: 2 pcs
  • Menma (Bamboo Shoots): 50g
  • Kikurage (Wood-ear Mushrooms): 15g
  • Scallions: 15g
  • Naruto: 2 pcs
  • Noodles: 148g
  • Soup: 360ml
  • Soy Sauce Tare: 30ml

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Shrimp Tempura: Bake shrimp tempura in a preheated oven for 10 minutes or fry for 3 minutes until crispy.

  2. Heat Soup: Pour the soup pouch into a pot and boil thoroughly.
