Pork Bone Based Miso Ramen Kit

Why not make a comforting bowl of ramen noodles with a thick pork bone soup? Prepare for layers over layers of flavor. Chashu pork, corn, bean sprouts, kikurage, ground pork and lots of noodles are a meal that has it all!

Ingredients

Pork bone based soup with soybean and thick wavy egg noodle with chashu pork, corn, bean sprout, ground pork, egg, sesame, kikurage, and scallion.

Instructions

① Boil the water for noodles.

② In a separate pot, bring the soup and bean sprout to a boiling point.

③ Gently separate the noodles and put them inside boiling water for 4 minutes while stirring them from time to time.

④ After 4 minutes, discard the water.

⑤ Put ② and noodles together while adding additional toppings on top.

How to Store Food

• Kit ships frozen with ice packs
• May thaw in transit
• Upon arrival, remove packaging and place immediately in the fridge ( or Freezer)
• May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days for vegetables and chashu and 1 week for noodle
• May be frozen immediately upon arrival for up to 1 month
